FAQs

  • When should I book my Wedding Film Videography services?

The best time to book our service is 6-10 months before your wedding day.

Please note that a security deposit and signed investment are required to reserve the date and services. We suggest you inquire even earlier. Some special weekends and the busy wedding season dates are booked fast. You don’t want to miss out.

  • Do you fly a drone and edit aerial shots for my wedding film?

Yes, you can add drone operation service to your collection with an additional charge.

Nowadays, drone operation is prohibited in many locations; some venues require a drone's permit. We highly recommend you ask the venue or your wedding planner about their regulations before you book the service so we can plan and apply for the application.

  • Can I have a copy of all the RAW footage?

The short answer is No. We do not offer any RAW footage copies.

RAW footage is shot in S-Log format with a particular codec, which means it needs to be processed for use. Also, the files are HUGE and require lots of space on the HDD to store them.

Instead of copying RAW footage, we recommend our couple add the full ceremony session and/or reception toast video editing services to your collection. They are edited separately as documentary videos that include all vows and toasts.

  • What is the processing time for my Wedding Film editing?

It takes approximately 8 weeks and may take an extra 2 weeks during the busy or wedding season. Feel free to let us know if you have any special requirements for the video delivery time.

  • What is your payment method?

We accept Zelle and Cash payments.

Please let us know in advance what your preferred method of payment is.
